Student housing isn't just one part of what we do — it's our focus. For more than two decades, we've been developing, renovating, and managing housing in Knoxville. That experience has taught us what works: thoughtful layouts, durable finishes, responsive management, and a commitment to continually improving our homes year after year.
From private bedrooms and large common spaces to responsive service and straightforward leasing, every decision is made with the student experience in mind.

Leasing a house for your whole group should be exciting — not stressful. We know it doesn't always feel that way. Coordinating schedules, making decisions from out of town, figuring out who signs what and when — it's a lot to manage on top of everything else going on in your life.
That's why we've built our process to be as straightforward as possible. No chasing us down for answers, no surprise steps, no fine print you weren't told about. From your first message to move-in day, we keep things clear, moving, and on your timeline.
