It's a historic home but features central heat/air as well as an updated kitchen. There are 3 downstairs bedrooms and three upstairs bedrooms. Parking is included in the whole home lease pricing.

Lease terms: This home leases as a whole to groups for $8,400 month, split among residents — you don't need 6 people to rent it, but the total rent stays $8,400/month regardless of group size. This is a joint, collective lease with shared tenant responsibility, and each resident must have a qualified guarantor.

Owner provides lawn care. Tenants are responsible for all utilities.
