Large kitchen with two fridges, in-unit washers and dryers, dedicated HVAC on every floor, and three private parking spaces on site, no extra charge.

Rent is $1,675 per bedroom ($20,100 per month total). The home is leased as a single residence under one joint lease. Groups are not required to have twelve occupants, but the monthly rent remains $20,100 regardless of occupancy.
